The Nest Property Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 with a vision to become a leading developer of upscale boutique condominiums in Bangkok’s real estate market.
The company focused on developing high-end condominium projects with modern amenities and facilities within Bangkok’s commercial business districts. Targeting new generation home-buyers looking for stylish and spacious condo units with all the conveniences their location could offer. In line with its mission to be the leading provider of classy yet affordable urban homes, The Nest Property has augmented its land bank by acquiring several pieces of land at strategic locations in the city. The company has set sights on an ambitious growth plan with more new projects slated for years to come.
THE FOUNDER
The Nest Property was founded in 2009 by Khun Ausana Mahagitsiri, youngest daughter of Khun Prayudh Mahagitsiri known as Thailand’s coffee King with long-standing joint venture with Nestle. The tycoon is ranked #15 on Forbes Thailand’s richest list 2022.

Born into Thailand's renowned entrepreneurial family, Khun Ausana Mahagitsiri established a name for herself as a successful businesswoman from a very young age. Today, besides being the Chief Operating Officer of PM Group, She is Deputy CEO of Thai Thoresen Agencies PCL, a listed leading investment company. She also sits on the boards of many associate companies, affiliates and subsidiaries under the group’s umbrella. In 2017, She successfully acquired Pizza Hut Thailand from Yum International and is currently the sole franchisee of Pizza Hut Thailand.
